An independent, fully equipped cookery school in Bishopston, for adults, teens and children. Whether you are an absolute beginner learning the basics or an enthusiastic home cook after a chef-led masterclass, the room is relaxed and the point is to build your confidence.

Our chefs take you through fresh Italian pasta, artisan baking and street food from across the world, including Spanish tapas, European, Asian, Middle Eastern, African and South American cooking. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free requirements.

Classes are always fun, informal and relaxed, but well structured, with a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking led by experienced teachers. We sit down together at the end to eat what has been cooked during the session.

The school is led by founder Monica, with a crew of seasoned chefs and organisational masters behind her. 10 years on Gloucester Road so far.
