Class Overview

Can’t make it work on December 25th? Gather your best friends, housemates, or family for the ultimate pre-Christmas reunion! Step into our warm kitchen studio for a 3.5-hour social evening where cooking delicious festive food meets a great night out. Under the guidance of our chef, your group will work together to create a stunning, hands-on Christmas menu with all the trimmings. Once the cooking is complete, trade your aprons for glasses of wine, sit down at our communal dining table, and enjoy the feast you’ve created—complete with our festive trivia quiz and prizes for the winning team!

What You Will Cook & Enjoy

• To Welcome: A complimentary glass of warm mulled wine or festive spiced cider.

• The Main Event: Bacon-wrapped stuffed turkey ballotines (or wild mushroom & chestnut en croûte), perfect roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, and glazed root vegetables.

• The Finale: Decadent warm chocolate brandy fondants with spiced cinnamon cream.

• The Quiz: A fun, lighthearted 5-round Christmas trivia quiz running between courses.
