Chocolate truffle tart
This lovely chocolate truffle tart is perfect for company; it's rich, impressive and quick! In our cookery classes in Bristol, we make it often. People love it! Although it only takes a few minutes to assemble, leave at least 8 hours before serving for the tart to chill. It can be made in either a 20 or 23cm pie dish or tart tin.Ingredients for chocolate truffle tart Serves: 8

- 350ml (12 fl oz) double cream
- 4 tablespoons sifted icing sugar
