Condensed milk biscuits with sprinkles

Condensed Milk Biscuits
Makes 50
With the Thermomix Prep Time5 min Cook Time20 min Total Time25 min
Ingredients
180g butter
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla essence
397g can sweetened condensed milk
520g self raising flour
sprinkles, 100's of 1000's

Preheat oven to 170C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Place butter into bowl. Speed 4 until softened.
Add vanilla and condensed milk. Speed 5 / 1 minute.
Add half of the flour. Speed 5 / 15 seconds.
Add the remaining flour. Speed 5 until combined. Add additional flour if your mixture is too wet until it comes together.
Place sprinkles into a small bowl.
Roll dough into a small ball. This will make 50 biscuits.
Flatten slightly and place into the sprinkles to coat one side.
Place biscuits onto tray, sprinkle side up.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden.
Cool on a wire rack.

Or without the Thermomix cook like this
Preheat oven to 170C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Place butter into bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until softened.
Add vanilla and condensed milk. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add half of the flour. Using a wooden spoon mix to combine.
Add the remaining flour. Mix to fully combine.
Place sprinkles into a small bowl.
Roll dough into a small ball. This will make 50 biscuits.
Flatten slightly and place into the sprinkles to coat one side.
Place biscuits onto tray, sprinkle side up.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden.
Cool on a wire rack.
