Thermomix Chocolate and Pistachio fudge
From the Cooking It kitchen · 9 December 2016

"Fudge" originates from the United States. It is a soft but firm caramel made with milk, sugar (or condensed milk) and butter, and to which we can add other flavouring ingredients such as chocolate.
It is very simple to make and if you have to make a homemade gift these holidays, these are perfect.
I hope you like it!.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr. Fondant chocolate
- 200 gr. Condensed milk
- 40 gr. of butter
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla liquid
- 50 gr. Of raw pistachios without skin
Preparation:
In the Thermomix bowl add the chocolate in pieces and program 7 seconds, speed 8. Reserve this for later.
Without washing the bowl, pour the condensed milk, the butter and the vanilla. Program 4 minutes, temperature 60º and speed 2.
Add the reserved chocolate and program 1 minute, temperature 60º and speed 3.
Add the pistachios and mix for 10 seconds, at speed 2. Finish mixing well with the spatula.
Pour into a silicone mould for cakes or a silicone ice cube tray. Lined with transparent film, distribute the mixture well and smooth the surface with the spatula.
Let stand in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 or 3 hours.
Cut in portions with a knife (to cut it better temper the blade of the knife with hot water). If you are not going to consume it straight away store it in a bag or wrapped in transparent film, in the refrigerator.
Suggestion: we can substitute the pistachios for any other dried fruit (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, ...).
