Thermomix Easy greek feta cheese cakes

These Greek feta cheese cakes are a delicious snack Thermomix melting softness of milk with the intense flavor of feta cheese, resulting in a spongy mass that will captivate aromatic flavours of Greece . If you enjoy cheeses with stronger flavours, you can change it at your convenience.
Ideally, the cupcakes cool before serving, to be less heavy, but it will be according to your personal taste. They are a great to take a picnic, it can be prepared in advance and are easy to transport.
Makes 10-12 units
Ingredients
140 g of flour,
1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds,
3 eggs,
300 g of milk,
40 g butter,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon of baking powder,
200 g of chopped feta cheese and 100 g of grated gruyere cheese.
We start by preheating the oven to 200 ° C.
We put in the bowl the flour and fennel seeds and programme 30 sec / speed 10. Set a side.
Without washing the bowl, we put the 2 eggs and 1 egg white, milk, butter and salt and programme 2 min / 40 / speed 5.
Add the flour mixture and fennel and baking powder 1 min/speed 5. add the cheese and press two or three times the Turbo button. Divide the mixture between 10 or 12 greased muffin baskets and bake about 25 minutes, until golden.
These Greek feta cheese cakes are easy to make with the Thermomix, if you serve as a starter or a snack per person is more than enough. I do serve them with a salad of mixed lettuce, olives, small cubes of feta cheese and tomatoes.
