Best thermomix cocktail

i really like cocktails, although for me nothing beats a good Mojito but It I had to swap my beloved Mojito for another cocktail, this would be it. Extremely easy to make with the Thermomix. Of course, you can add as much fizz or vodka as you wants.

Ingredients:

- 3 lemons peeled and without any white or pips.
- 200 gr. sugar
- 500 gr. ice cube
- 1 splash of vodka
- 1 dash (to taste) of champagne or cava
Preparation

Add the lemons, sugar and ice cubes. Grind 1 min. /speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula to prevent the ice stuck to the walls of the bowl and get a more uniform grinding.

Add the vodka and champagne or cava mix 10 sec. / speed. 1. Serve immediately.

If we use cubes of gas, we care to wash them a little and make sure they are properly detached by not having a disgust with leaves.

Note: You can add less sugar if you prefer it.
